Located in Boothbay Harbor, Maine, The Pond House offers lodging and a full breakfast in a seaside atmosphere - perfect for a getaway, a break from the ordinary.

The Inn is located on Bay Street, one block up from the harbor on the Eastside - where a five minute walk takes you across a picturesque footbridge to the bustle of the towns center.

The Inn features four bedrooms, all on the second floor, furnished with either queen or double beds. The fourth room has an adjoining sunporch with an additional single bed overlooking the pond.

We also offer studio space in a converted barn on the pond to artists seeking to combine vacation with space in which to draw, paint, write….
